Privacy Policy for KeyFX

1. Overview

KeyFX is an entertainment tool published by NahapetFX. Privacy is part of how the product is designed, not a setting you have to find.

2. No Data Collection

KeyFX does not collect, store, or share any personal data.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Passwords or passcodes
• Messages
• Contacts
• Photos
• Location data
• Health or fitness data
• Usage analytics
• Device tracking data

3. No Data Transmission

KeyFX does not send user data to external servers.

Anything you enter or choose while using the app stays on your device and is processed locally.

4. No Accounts, No Tracking

KeyFX does not require an account, a sign-in, or a subscription. It contains no advertising SDKs, no analytics SDKs, and no third-party trackers.

5. NFC Tags and Links

KeyFX can be opened by tapping an NFC tag or following a link. The tag carries only the address that launches the app; it holds no personal information about you, and reading it does not create a record anywhere.

6. Device Permissions

If the app ever asks for a system permission, it is used only for the feature you requested, at the moment you requested it. The data stays on the device and is never uploaded. You can withdraw any permission at any time in iOS Settings.

7. Third-Party Services

KeyFX is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple may collect its own data in connection with distribution, purchases, and crash reporting under Apple's privacy policy. That processing is Apple's, not ours, and we receive no personal data from it.

8. Children

KeyFX collects no personal data from anyone, including children. No information about a child can be gathered through the app.

9. Your Rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or delete. Removing the app removes everything it stored on your device.

10. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
